Improve strategy deployment process, including communication plan to the whole site.● Portfolio management & co-ordinate with business unit leader to ensure projects delivery.● Developed and delivered business competency training to the site, including business finance, presentation skill, project management, etc.

Undergoes a tailor-made development program incorporating hands-on and classroom training, Equipped with general technical and business acumen exposure by in-dept competencies development, and job rotations. Mentored and coached by Senior and was nominated to join Global Operation Leadership Development (GOLD) Program in 2015 batch. Involved in cycle rotations and leadership training at corporate in USA. Get connected with young talents and emerging leaders from around the globe.● Rotation I : Led Zero Defect program in Thailand site. Responsible in MAKE quality-related performance. Led initiatives which help sustain quality standard and right-at-first-time mindset, e.g. Operator Self-Inspection (OSI Program), GEMBA Walk, etc.● Rotation II : Lead program of business unit, governing Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) to deliver the site strategic target as cost competitive. Handle financial feasibility study to prioritise projects based on business impact and connect end-to-end with cross-functional chain for resource allocation. Shape the department structure into portfolio/program management oriented.Responsible for site performance management. Monitor MAKE KPIs trend, perform gap analysis and ensure recovery plans are well placed for every gaps identified.

Engineering Student Council (ESC) is an association founded and run by engineering students of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. The aims of the association are to sustain and provide standard welfares for students and to generate activities which can enhance leadership, logical thinking process, engineering practices, and ethics. After participation as a committee for 3 years, my last year role includes;● Appointed representative and was responsible for over 3,500 engineering students including maintaining privileges of due student welfare. Co-ordinated with Dean and faculty staffs in carrying out most suitable activities system which comprises of the regulations for the students. Working with other 17 faculty representaives in setting up the University annual academic plan.
● Responsible in planning, Council’s policy setting and management of every activities and events held for the students in the academic year 2012, towards the faculty vision and mission. Handled the annual student activity budget of up to 2,000,000THB (~40,000GBP). Coached and inspired peers by acting as a role model from professional perspectives, working skills and mentalities.
 
● Motivated by the institution values, worked in the team of up to 60 peers to develop and improve the student activities system by analysing and performing self-assessments (SWOTs). Initiated long-lasting framework and practice, implemented friendly and accessible working environment to the system which still being used by the council.

SGA is a commercial airline that provides connection and feeder services to smaller towns with low traffic demand, focusing on small but frequent flight with fast services to enhance business operations. My roles included;
● Worked with the maintenance team on SAAB340/340B, performed both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the airside hangar. Challenged by operation duties on GE CT7-Series Engines. Observed and assisted senior engineers in scheduled engine maintenance; compressor wash, fuel-injectors replacement, maintaining aircraft efficiency and airworthiness. Developed a better understanding between engineering theories and practices, was educated and enlightened in the finer points of airline maintenance procedure and framework towards safety● Participated in flight following with senior captain and his first officer. Gained an insight real-time experience in cockpit and observed pilot routines since departure from air gate to take off and landing, fined-tuned personal understanding in various avionic systems and equipments in their roles of maintaining flight.● Exposed to the work-flows between airline and airport system. Co-ordinated with airport dispatch in flight routes. Gained the understanding in airline operaFonal framework and business model.

● Presented the concept of Human Rights through the 90-minute-long stage play to over 2,000 of audiences which were people from different ages and backgrounds. Worked with the team of up to 60 people through all stage play productions including; directing, script, lights and sounds, stage performance, set design, artworks and public relations. Coordinated all sub-tasks to form a creditable stage play. Received a letter of appreciation from Thailand’s Office of Private Education Commission after premiere.● Motivated by the lack of acknowledgement in Human Rights of Thai society. Compiled an effective main story line concerning the Human Rights with the script team of 5 people by doing contents research. Received positive comments and feedbacks from audiences and public domain in the good implementation of public issue into high school stage play.
