I, Mayukh Bose, have obtained my MS in Physiology from WBSU, and currently, I am the Research & Project Coordinator at SHRM Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. My job is to coordinate the R&D section, where I train juniors and supervise client research. I conduct workshops and seminars while managing the academia-industry relationship and design research models based on client needs. I lead client meetings and also supervise BS and MS students in their training, projects, thesis writing, maintaining academic/ lab reports, high-end machinery (PCR, rt-PCR, Fluorometer, etc.) with chemical stock maintenance, etc. I also look after the administration and management of the lab and teach Molecular Biology, Genetics, RDT, Cell Culture, Immunology, Nanoparticles, Molecular Microbiology, Enzymology, Bioinformatics, etc. I also used to write web content for promotions.
