Credit Manager - Credit Risk Management

- Underwriting of Home loans, Home Equity, Commercial LAP, Resi LAP, Industrial LAP construction finance, EDI, Micro Finance, LRD, Bill Discounting, Project Finance and other mortgage loans- Designated for underwriting of high value cases above 500 lacs- Credit Appraisal of Corporate – Financial Statement Analysis (Analysis of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios and Projections), Company/Business Analysis and Industry/Competitor Analysis, Deciding the credit worthiness & recommending credit rating.- Preparation of credit appraisal notes (Board note) for Loan Proposal of more than 50 Mn in liaison with Relationship Managers, facilitating the credit rating process, presentation of proposals to the Senior Management/Sanctioning Committees, ensuring proper execution of legal documents for timely disbursement of the sanctioned facilities.- Coupled with Vendor management, Portfolio building and Audit Compliance assurance

Attending to the queries and complaints put forward by the customers.- Responsible for healthy credit portfolio. - Maintaining the Login to Approval TAT.- Maintaining PDD’s & OTC’s for timely collection & updation- Vendor Management & building customer Relationship- Managing Non Starters for first 6 months.- Selected Credit Star within 3 month of joining in PAN India SME Credit Managers

- Underwritten Commercial Vehicle loans, construction Equipment loans & WC facilities.- Independently handled Punjab Region (Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Bathinda Pathankot Branches) & Directly Reporting to Zonal Credit Manager.- Maintaining the Requisite Lending as per PSL guidelines of RBI.- Maintaining the Login to Disbursal TAT.- Collection of PDDs & Maintaining the Trigger Breach of PDD as banking Guidelines.- Building DSA & dealer network- Got 1th rank PAN India Level in BSC Scorecard in Commercial business lending for the month of September, November, December & February. Overall Rank 7th in financial year.- Brought down PDD Level from 8.47 to 4.64 in Punjab Region.
