As a seasoned technology executive and partner of a successful technology startup, I am a difference maker, inventor, and entrepreneur. I innovated, pitched, and grew a disruptive software product into a platform with a suite of 6 products, which transformed Fascet from a startup into a key industry player with major enterprise clients. Inside the highly regulated financial services realm, I have found success scaling both the product and business organically, overcoming complex regulatory hurdles, and securing maximized ROI and customer satisfaction. I strategically drive all aspects of end-to-end software development, navigate through a slow ramp-up and economic recession, and manage the complete P&L for product development, software/hardware purchases, and R&D initiatives. Leading single-handedly in the software engineering function to start, I built out a team of top talent to take the organization to new levels with a core focus on culture, unity, and open communication. I was instrumental in expanding Fascet globally and ensured the mission and vision of the organization was clear across all time zones and cultures. As a tenured business and technical leader, I work diligently to position my businesses and key players in the marketplace.
