 To prepare 3D models and production drawings from client data as per manufacturing requirements. (UGNX/Solidworks). Design and CAD modeling of SPM components.(jigs & fixtures/indexing tables, machined components, lifting devices). Preparing sheetmetal 2D development drawings for laser cutting from 3D models. Interaction with vendors regarding technical clarifications and provide 3D models/CAD data as required.  Technical study of customer enquiries and to understand scope of work and checking manufacturing feasibility. Prepare RFQs to outsource machining/laser cutting operations. Design and manufacturing of laser cutting fixtures using Trumpf ‘TruTops’. Process planning for machining/Laser cutting of prototype components and development parts.  Prepare / maintain product documentation, drawings and engineering records systematically for audit purposes.  Marketing and generating customer enquiries and to ensure timely execution in order to meet quarterly targets given by management.

 To lead the machine shop cell and to achieve daily targets from operators through supervision.  Dimensional corrections in machines as per QA requirements.  fixture and tooling setup on machine and getting first part approval from QA.  Carrying out daily in-process inspection of machined parts as per in-process checksheets.  to maintain production/tooling records and update the same in MIS on daily basis.

1) Preparation of RFQs for CAPEX items in running projects.2) Technical comparison of quotations and negotiate with suppliers on the same.3) Preparation of CTQs and evaluation of inspection instrument requirement for running project parts.4) To prepare stage drawings for gears.5) To prepare assembly process sheets/Gearbox assembly line SOPs.
