Financial modelling and managing regulatory finance aspects of revenue setting for UK’s network companies (electricity transmission, gas transmission, gas distribution and electricity distribution). Projects include:-Lead financial modelling and project management of financial aspects for setting UK's RIIO £50 billion investment: Electricity Transmission, Gas Transmission Gas Distribution and Electricity Distribution programme.-Template development for new form of regulatory reporting aimed at investor community ('RIIO Accounts') -Negotiation with network operators to modify their settlement and implementing these modifications. Determining the annual update of revenues.-Responsible for tender documentation (whilst on secondment) for Round 3 project finance offshore wind transmission projects (OFTOs).

Financial modelling & commercial advice to PFI bidding consortia, creation of operating models, due diligence on equity investments for funds and urban regeneration schemes. Projects include:- Bid modelling/commercial advice: £102m John Laing projects finance PFI (Private Finance Initiative) housing scheme (financial close November 2011), £30m Kajima PFI bid for 4 fire stations and life skills centre, £170m Biffa PFI bid for the Gloucestershire Waste PFI, £93m Equitix PPP bid for court buildings in Manchester/Salford.-Due diligence on equity investments for funds for Innisfree and John Laing Infrastructure Fund. -Urban regeneration schemes: Home Group/ Galliford Try successful bid in a £300m public-private joint venture to deliver housing and regeneration.

-Financial modeling for the $1billion Ministry of Defence PPP project.-Exploring project finance alternatives for oil and gas producer-Prospective analysis into acquisition private hospitals to be placed into a Westpac fund.

Payment Mechanism advice (incl commercial Modelling) and urban regeneration modelling. Projects include:-7 payment mechanism projects for private sector clients which have reached financial close-Financial modelling for London Development Agency on regeneration strategies including London’s 2012 Olympics bid. -Evaluation of bids on two projects which reached financial close

-Intern in Stockbroking and Asset Management department.-Tasks included portfolio management, fund tracking, mutual fund analysis and assistance to senior staff.
