Overall in charge and responsibility holder for Precast Installation work & Project logistic with Production.Managing site operations related to estimation, site inspections, lifting design, quotations, contracts, production, erection, quality control, techno-commercial negotiations and checking & obtaining approvals to ensure maximum profitability.Erection and drawing up detailed project plan covering overall project theme, requirements of manpower, machines, material resources, activity schedules within stipulated time of completion.Implementing, maintaining and optimizing a technical control framework for Precast work & completion activities.Manage the safe and efficient development, exploration and appraisal wells.Design coordination of projects.Preparing tender proposals, Checking feasibility of precast system and proposing alternatives.Qualifying vendors for technical competencyEstimating, planning, scheduling and assigning the work to Project team and stakeholders.

Precast Project Coordinator,Dealing with Planning, Scheduling, Site Execution, Design Co-ordination, Issue the necessary Programmes of erection for the approval during the installation phase of the project in co-ordination with the Planning Department and the factory for any technical matters arising during the installation phase of the project.
