➢ Hands on experience on AutoCad. Experience in development of Valves, Tube Fittings & Pipe Fittings. ➢ Responsible for making customer drawing as per customer requirement. ➢ Responsible for making manufacturing drawing as per customer requirement or customer drawing. ➢ Design related activities like 2D & 3D drafting, part development, documentations and laser marking. Maintaining design related documents during audit.

➢ All types of production related activities like production planning, execution, rejection analysis, breakdown analysis and process development. ➢ Manpower handling, arrangements as per skills and worker experience. ➢ Maintaining production related documents and records. Responsible for Inline Inspection and making its report. ➢ Utilizing 7 QC TOOLS in daily activities to identified trends of Quality issues. ➢ Visiting at supplier site to understand the issue identified during receiving inspection and resolving this issue. ➢ Co-ordinates with Production, Sales, Purchase department to resolve customer complaints and provide status on corrective action taken. ➢ Implementation of kaizen and maintaining 5S & FIFO. ➢ Acquired knowledge about Heat Treatment & Maintenance.
