- Perform full life cycle recruiting and sourcing to place direct hire professionals with skill levels ranging from entry-level to VP-level. - Work closely with hiring managers to discuss new openings, recruiting strategies and progress throughout the search. - Work on technical and non-technical job orders. - Maintained a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates. - Expertise in screening and evaluating the candidates. - Candidate search from job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter lite etc. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Expertise in Advanced Boolean, Diversity & X-Ray searching.

* Works as a sourcing specialist (both IT and non-IT) for US-based clients. * Sources resumes or profiles of candidates through passive search.Position title* Sources for resumes of suitable candidates for job positions that the client provide. * Executes job board research as well as deep-web sourcing. * Manages candidates in the database that the client provide. * Daily reporting of results to the client.
