ASSOCIATE OF ASIAN PAINTS LTD. Controlling and Achieving Sales, Increase in Market Share for India-West.(Comprising of States Viz, Maharashtra, Gujarat ,Goa ,M.P, Chatisghar & key Account Customers) To ensure proper Credit Control. Responsible for Providing Motivation and Guiding Sales Personals, Agents for Generating Business. Catering wide range of industries such as Paints, Printing Inks, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Foundry, Insulating Varnishes, Wire Enamel, Lamination etc. for identifying new Customers and developing them. Formulate Product portfolio expansion strategy for existing products, new applications, and new products. Identify new Products and Provide support to R&D for its Development. Providing Technical Services Support. Assessing and enhancing customer satisfaction. Handling Customer Complaints in Co-ordination with QA. Building and maintaining relations with the customers and upgrading them with company’s new products. Monitoring and Gathering information on Competitor activities including Pricing, Product features and evolving Strategy for proactive actions. Identify products which are not manufactured in-house. Assess and identify future trends and co-ordinate with R&D to formulate new projects for growth, New Product Development and launch product. Evolve strategy to develop new applications from existing products lines.  Setting Sales & Marketing activities i.e. Sales Promotion, Advertising, etc. by participating in Seminars ,Conferences, Symposium conducted by ISSPA,IRMA,IPA etc.
