 Accounting Areas: Checking & verification all Sales bills, Purchase bills, Freight bill & Expenses bill. Review of trial balance of company on daily basis and take corrective actions on errors observed. Ensuring proper segregation between capital v/s revenue expenses Preparation of ageing reports of creditor & debtor on weekly basis. Co-ordination with the other unit for inter unit balance reconciliation and confirmation. Scrutinize and finalization of accounts. Taxation: Preparation and ensure of all statutory payments and return filling.(TDS,VAT, Excise & Service Tax ) Preparation of details for scrutiny/ Assessment order cases with co-ordination with HO.  Budgeting, MBR (MIS) & Cost Sheet: Preparation of monthly MBR on budget V/S actual basis. Preparation of monthly MBR (MIS) and Cost sheet related to accounts and finance required by management. Preparation of monthly cash flow statement.

 Preparation of quarterly internet license fees and yearly return and same submitting to the department of telecommunication.  Preparation of all Statutory Payment Matters, viz TDS & Service Tax & submitting same for filling purpose to Manager. Looking after general auditing & audit related query & to co-ordinate with auditor on audit related issues. Monthly Prepayment ageing reports on Staff advance and Creditors advances. Co-ordination with the branch accountants for the monthly database. Finalization of Accounts after passing necessary closing entries in the books. Preparation of monthly MIS report. Looking after Account Payable and General Ledger & Reconciliation of balance with vendors
