-Basic hygiene, food safety, GMP, GLP, & Safety-Ensured on-line product qualitymonitoring.-Testing of finished goods as per standard sampling & analytical procedure test methods.-Daily FG analysis of Rusk & Biscuits with its properties, checking of RM and PM which should met its standards as per requirement with respect to its properties.-Verification of correct functioning of critical process equipments like weighing balances, metal detectors, sifters, and coders.-Checked for presence of correct addresses, MRP, veg logo, mandatory declarations & necessary things. -Checked all weighing balances calibrated.-Ensuring samples are checked for weight at every stage of production -Checking of pack weights & No underweight packs are released. -Ensuring the coding with legible printing on each & every pack according to its SKUS also lookin for change in date, shift, supervisor's name.
