As the General Secretary of the Student Council at the International Institute for the Population Sciences (IIPS) in Mumbai, I had the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the student community and creating a positive impact on campus. One of my key accomplishments was organizing several successful events and initiatives aimed at fostering a sense of community and belonging among students. These included cultural festivals, sports competitions, and volunteer programs that brought together students from diverse backgrounds and helped build strong bonds between them.In addition to these events, I also worked closely with the administration to address the concerns and grievances of students, and helped to improve the overall campus experience. This involved regular meetings with the members of the administration, and advocating on behalf of the student body to ensure that their voices were heard and their needs were met.Organized various career guidance talks for the students. for the Overall, my experience as the General Secretary of the Student Council at IIPS was an incredibly enriching and rewarding one. I learned a great deal about leadership, teamwork, and the importance of advocating for others, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have made a positive impact on the lives of my fellow students.

Summer Intern at Family Planning Association Of India Pune branch for the data analysis. As a Data Analyst intern at Family Planning Association India (FPAI), my main responsibilities included collecting and analyzing data related to the organization's family planning programs, conducting data cleaning and validation, creating visualizations and reports, and presenting findings to the FPAI team.During my internship, I worked on several projects, including analyzing the impact of FPAI's outreach programs on contraceptive use and conducting a survey to gather data on the knowledge and attitudes of women towards family planning in urban slums areas. I also collaborated with the FPAI team to identify trends and insights in the organization's data, which helped them make informed decisions about their programs and services.In addition to my project work, I also had the opportunity to participate in meetings and training sessions, where I learned more about the organization's mission and goals, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing the field of family planning in India.

The Impact Monitoring and Evaluation Internship at Shikshanganga Foundation in Pune was a highly educational and impactful experience. During the internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Foundation’s team in monitoring and evaluating the impact of their programs aimed at promoting education and sustainable livelihoods in rural areas. I gained hands-on experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans, data collection, analysis, and reporting which helped me develop a deep understanding of the significance of impact monitoring and evaluation in the development sector.
