 Implement & monitor in-process & final inspection according to IPCP & FGCP control plan standards. Analyzing the customer complaint, making (SCAP report) corrective & preventive action plan to avoid occurrence by using quality control tools like Why-Why analysis, Fishbone diagram, Pareto diagram etc. Taking first piece & In-process inspection quality tests like Carbon test, Nugget test, Chisel test, Tear down test. Monitor Monthly PPM & COPQ data for Customer & Supplier rejection. Ensure all the material in compliance with customer requirements and specifications for zero defects. Ensure all the measuring instruments are calibrated as per calibration frequency. Also, all the fixtures are validated periodically. Maintain records of Calibration and Validation. Monitoring & update PPAP & MQS documents like PFMEA, CP, MSA, PFD, MISQ, MISP, PIST, Poka-yoke, KAIZEN, PDI, penetration test report. Conduct Dock audit, Poison Cake audit at Fabrication & Inspection area for verify all processes are as per standard. Periodic cross verification of inspected parts to ensure that the parts received at costumer end are defect free. Giving continuous technical inputs to tryout (Development) team for accomplishing of buy off activity. Effective co-ordination with production, quality, store, customer, supplier. Training & awareness given about 5’S, KAIZEN, Safety, Poka-Yoke in FAB shop.
