 Responsible for handling logistics process starting from creation of booking order followed by Shipping Order (S/O), Container Stuffing (C/S), FCR, Bill of Lading & Shipping Advice. Providing end-to-end solutions to customers by tracking the containers & informing the status till the shipment reaches at destination safely. Resolve all questions of agents, customers, front offices and team issues in a timely & acceptable manner. Support/Coach / Encourage and motivate team members for better performance. Prepare various MIS reports such as Productivity report  Work closely with Manager to ensure process migrations/ organization changes are properly planned and communicated to staff. Instrumental in ensuring that team performs with 99.99% Data Quality & Timeliness.  Ensure Company vision, values & ethics are upheld within team at all times through professional behavior / by being a role model for the team.
