JOB OBJECTIVEResponsible for overseeing all functions of human resources (HR), its practices, and operations in order to meet the company goals.The person will be tasked with developing strategic planning, people management, implementing new initiatives, organizational design, and change management.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASSTRATEGYDevelop SOPs for HR processes,Develop and implement entire HRMSDevelop HR policies for TA, PMS, L&D, Compensation, Rewards and Recognition, L&D, Grievance, IR, EHS, POSH, Disciplinary, etc.TALENT ACQUISITION & MANAGEMENTDevelop comprehensive recruiting and retention plans that meet the organization’s human capital needsPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTLead the HR department in developing, implementing and updating the process of employee performance evaluationDevelop processes for downward feedback, 360 degree feedback and any such cutting edge management practicesLEARNING AND DEVELOPMENTImplement competency mapping for different rolesGet feedback from respective HODs in order to understand the training needs of the employeesDesign training programs to cater to the gaps and implement it and monitor the effectiveness of such training programme and report to the concerned HODs and the management.Compensation, Rewards & Recognition PolicyCreate policies for employee compensation, rewards and recognition which are in-line with organizational metrics, and other benchmarksGRIEVANCE MANAGEMENTEstablish grievance handling procedures and ensure a safe environment for employees to raise their concernsDISCIPLINARY AND IR POLICYEnsure a fair and reasonable process is implemented to deal with issues of misconduct or performance improvementEHS POLICY- Ensure that the environment, health and safety standards are maintained at all company sites (including but not limiting to Head office and depots) as per government rules and regulations and industry standards/as guided by clientPOSHEMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
