Was a part of the company during its founding in February 2020, I wrote and implemented the brand strategy with the goal for long-term brand awareness. I also designed the digital company profile and presented to potential brand partners, clients as well as the design community in Cambodia. Along with HR, conducted brand training with current and new team members, overseeing company alignment and had 90% employee retention in the first year. Managed social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating the strategy, developing content—including copywriting and graphic design—and overseeing analysis and reports.Assisted in maintaining relationships with brand partners, Muuto, District Eight, Arte, and took part in establishing new partnerships with brands MIDJ in Italy and Wendelbo.
