The Project Lead will oversee project management tasks, planning and implementing project initiatives, and managing project timelines. The Project Lead will manage project teams, ensuring team members work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve project goals. Design Coordination: Follow up with the design team for the required drawing and detail as per schedule.Review of the preliminary drawings.Studying drawings and working out the missing information and discrepancies and escalating further to the design team for clarification.Coordination related to drawings and execution of details with the design team.Verification and approval of soft drawings.Coordination for contractor’s technical queries related to drawings for smooth execution and timely completion of work.Execution:Execution of Pilling and pile cap work Construction of Mivan/conventional formwork of residential and commercial buildings.Execution of Mivan modification work Construction of waterproof UGT, STP, basement, Landscape, swimming pool, and clubhouse along with MEP services and interior finishing.Execution of external and internal painting.Execution of PT slab.Substructure: Done the pile cap and shore pile work of building the foundation.Estimation:Doing estimation based on the drawings and calculating the materials required.Analyzing the excess/deficit of the required material quantity based on the MM module of SAP and updating the required quantity of materials based on the budget criteria in the SAP system. After receipt of the Material we take approval from the Design team and Quality team.Performing the reconciliation of the material received from the Vendors/suppliers with the calculated quantity which is based on drawings.Any discrepancies in reconciliation eg. Material wastage if found, raise Debit Note to the concerned supplier for the advancement of recovery of the amount.Reiterate the above process in case the drawings are redesigned.Commercial:Preparing the BOQ (Billing of quantity). Based on BOQ the Commercial team prepares the Work order. Projects Handled:43-story residential building
