At iMumz, we are always striving towards providing a secure and consistent experience to to-be-moms so that they can cherish their beautiful pregnancy journey. Being an early stage health-tech startup, we are constantly working with our customers with rapid prototyping, development and user testing to create an impactful value-providing product. For this, we use industry best practices and the latest technologies for product development. - We chose to write our mobile app using Flutter, Google's mobile UI framework for crafting high-quality native interfaces on iOS and Android. - We are using Firebase as our serverless backend, using Typescript for running Cloud Functions backend code in response to server events/Cron-jobs. We are working on developing a robust automated testing coverage while following strict code quality guidelines for our codebase. - We also have a Backend Dashboard panel is written in Reactjs + Material-UI hosted with Firebase hosting.

1. Built a Python-based Business Dashboard for the National Director's office to monitor KPIs and location-based performance of programs happening across India accurately up to pin code level. - The dashboard provided options for taking multiple actions based on data, including 'calling' the users which were tracked and analysed. In the first phase of the launch, the dashboard contributed to a 6% increase in new participants for a 1 Month pilot event. - The dashboard platform is currently in use by more than 1000 area-level coordinators integrated into their core day-to-day functioning for getting on-ground insights about more than 5 million users touched by the organisation via 20,000+ teachers. - The platform was built using a Python-based framework - Django, and used an interactive visualisation library - Bokeh, for real-time data updating and filtering via web sockets. The backend was hosted on Google Cloud - VM and Jenkins automation server was used for several data cleaning and MySQL routine sync tasks.2. Created a support automation system for internal calling-desk of 8+ people and connected teams using Google Scripts+Google Spreadsheets+Google Forms+Google Data Studio+Business Dashboard. - The system recorded the call duration for each call and handled options for skipping and future callback reminders. Real-time performance monitoring is done using a custom dashboard created with Google Data Studio. The system replaced the older method using offline mode(paper data filling)+Excel, with non-standardized data and end-of-week summary to the manager. - The system provided monitoring on various factors including average time-per-call, % conversions, hourly-distribution and more, helping in better performance reporting and task distribution. - The standardised data was used to provide user data with 'conversion-probability metric' leading to a reduction of 'call not received' instances from 55% to 36% and increased user conversion by ~8%.

1. Created a Proposal Generation tool for swift lead management collected via the inhouse-CRM. Upon approval of lead, the tool automatically generates a customised PDF proposal which is automatically sent to the provided email address with a personalised email body. The tool reduced the earlier fully manual process taking 8-15 minutes per proposal down to 1-2 minutes.2. Created a mobile-first landing page for an annual national event organised by the Central Programs desk, optimising for lead generation, smooth user experience and providing clear CTAs.3. Created several 'Impact and Effectiveness Reports' for the partner organisations of VVKI including Ministry of HRD, AICTE, Ministry of AYUSH, World Bank etc. highlighting the statistical and qualitative change bought about by the Art of Living programs.

Tech Unit: - Developed backend of the dynamic website of Technex 2015 and 2016 using Python-based framework-Django implementing online payments, full-fledged user dashboard and APIs for the Android app. - Optimized and digitized various operations during Technex’15 such as Facebook auto-likes and shares, Hospitality registrations, participant data handling & sorting, personalized mass mail sending. - Conducted workshops on web-development (backend) for 100+ participants and coached 25 juniors on frontend & backend development during summer vacations. - Led a team of 10 web designers, developers towards building an upgraded version of the Technex web portal next year.Related Exploratory Projects: - Developed interactive chat-bot application using Facebook Messenger APIs. - Developed HTML5 Canvas-based game using Phaser Game Development Engine. - Developed websockets based chat application using NodeJS framework Socket.IO.
