CurrentAs a Senior Consultant at Infosys Consulting, I have led complex projects and transformations, demonstrating strong consulting and project management skills. I am currently leading the Order Fulfillment track for the business transformation of the parts business of a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer using Oracle EBS R12 as a part of its Global Supply Chain management program.Before that, I spearheaded the transition from SAP to Oracle EBS R12 for two plants acquired by a major American multinational corporation. This role involved comprehensive project planning, key user training, system testing (including SIT and UAT), and cutover management across five SCM tracks: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Finance. I successfully tracked project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and facilitated decision-making with stakeholders.In another pivotal role, I served as the core consulting solution lead for a Salesforce Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud transformation for a major American multinational conglomerate. I acted as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns. My contributions included developing solution design documents, managing CPQ data configuration, and providing business support during UAT and Hypercare. I played a key role in process decomposition and business process improvement strategies, which led to a significant reduction in revenue leakage. My expertise in CPQ earned me an Insta Award for upskilling and establishing myself as a CPQ SME, further driving transformation efforts in the EMEA region.Additionally, I have been an active member of the IC 5C Employee Engagement program and the MFG Bridge Hiring team and have contributed to several client pursuits and RFPs, further enhancing my experience in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client acquisition.
