- Managed all types of Memory ICs as a commodity from an NPI perspective to help qualify various memory suppliers on new programs for production readiness and launch.- Streamlined the NPI (new product introduction) memory sample process and helped to reduce churn between the suppliers, the program operations team, the contract manufacturers and the engineering team.- Created SLAs (service level agreements) in place with memory suppliers to support NPI qualification resulting in significant cost savings by having suppliers agree to free of charge samples, reduced lead times, improved communication (through various trackers), and the overall streamlining the NPI qualification processes.- Helped maintain zero CTB (clear-to-build) issues for memory during pre-production builds.- Single POC for delivering forecast data across all EE commodities and working through internal teams to setup and transition manual forecasting processes to automated capabilities thus vetting multiple supplier test cases, analyzing and eliminating issues with false test cases, aligning to the existing rules of component forecasting and ensuring the integrity of the Supplier Central master database.- Managed Hard Drives for sustaining production activities and helped mitigate supplier schedule, supply, quality and/or any liability issues.- Worked on various Memory pricing and spend analytics and projections through quarterly RFQs and 3rd party analytics.- Worked with Finance team to onboard new supplier on Vendor central / Payee Central tools for creating and managing PO's/ invoices etc.- Developed a 'Where used' tool to maintain part numbers record.- Managed supplier info for all EE component suppliers (Contract Management, Agile data management, supplier contacts, maintain log of active/inactive suppliers)
