Projects undertaken for Side body, Motor Compartment, rear Compartment, Deck lid & Door frames (Front & Rear). • Generate the overall design concept for the mechanical system as well as the detailed design of the mechanical components which include Weldment Structure, machined parts, plastic parts, sheet metal parts, castings etc.• Involvement in DRB (Design review board) meetings with clients & CFT (cross functional team) meetings.• Successful completion of Reverse engineering projects such as Class room unit ventilators, valve body developments, various castings. • On-Site support to US, Europe base clients as per requirements for short duration (2-3 Months) for onsite activities such as project Coordination, Design Review meetings & Sign-offs.• Sound knowledge of Robotics & Simulation related with machine designs, BIW fixtures & tooling’s and end effector designs.• Led Offshore Design projects for Test beds in Automation, Power train assembly automation, Fixtures & tooling’s from concepts to Detailed design, Reverse engineering of Class room unit ventilator, Trailers along with Project coordination with global clients and cross functional teams• Organised documentation, including quotes, correspondence, drawings, schedules, operating and maintenance manuals etc. and ISO 9001:2015 documentation for QMS (Quality Management System).
