I am Assistant Manager at Tata Steel. I contribute to managing the MES(Manufacturing Execution System) at our plant location in Khopoli, Maharashtra. I serve as the single point of contact for the Khopoli CRM (Cold Rolling Mill) section. My responsibilities include development and improvements in MES system at both frontend and backend, based on REACT, TYPESCRIPT, ORACLE DB, and SAP. Proactively engaging with clients, I efficiently address their queries and resolve technical blockers. With nine months of experience in this dynamic role, I am committed to managing the MES system and contributing to user satisfaction within Tata Steel.Here are some examples of my work at Tata Steel - 1. Created flow path report that shows stage wise WIP in metric ton.2. Created email automation procedure, that sends status of coils undergoing production to the respective stakeholders.3. Performed lead time analysis, that involves determining lead time according to coil stages and generates reports in multiple data formats.4. Developed a procedure in Oracle SQL, that manages data flow between OMS (Order Management System) to MES.5. Developed a functionality using stored procedure and API to update data of month-wise production targets.6. Designed and implemented packing slips with dynamic data according to plant locations, using React JS and CSS.7. Performed user acceptance testing, coordinated in meetings with end users, higher management and third party stakeholders.My current skillset includes - Oracle SQL, React JS, Node JS, SAPBeing adaptable to new responsibilities, I am looking forward to new challenges that will help enhance my skills and contribute to the success.
