As the Head of Backend at Enginear, I’m responsible for overseeing all backend operations, ensuring smooth data management and support for strategic decision-making across the organization. My duties include:Comprehensive Data Management: I handle the entire lifecycle of company data, including information related to members, customers, and finances. This ensures that all data is securely stored, accurately maintained, and accessible for informed decision-making.Backend Process Coordination: I coordinate backend processes to streamline data collection for student profiles and college databases. This involves gathering detailed information on students' performance, preferences, and matching them to suitable colleges, ensuring a personalized experience for each student.Engineering College Database: I maintain an up-to-date repository of all engineering colleges in Maharashtra. This database is integral to our advisory services, helping us provide well-informed recommendations based on the latest college data.Monitoring CET Cell Updates: I keep a close eye on CET Cell notifications to stay informed about any changes that could impact our students. This proactive approach ensures that our advisory services are current and aligned with the latest CET requirements.My role as Head of Backend is focused on driving data accuracy, optimizing backend processes, and supporting Enginear’s mission to provide reliable, data-driven guidance to students and partners.
