I'm Mayuri (pronounced Muh-you-ree), based in South-West Birmingham. I'm a Systems and Career Coach, and Director at Hargest CreativeI help women (primarily, not exclusively) in STEM careers take action toward their most joyful work by focussing on how to align their work to their values, understand their strengths and, articulate and demonstrate their expertise.I also work with business owners (coaches and creatives) to simplify and declutter their business systems & processes and take action on their business data.I trained as a coach in late 2019 with Barefoot Coaching. I currently do this part time alongside my employed role as an Insight Manager - I spend most of my day coding, developing reports and managing my team, creating the stategy to turn programme related data into actionable insight. Prior to this I was a Process Specialist working in the Steel Industry, primarily evaluating operational scenarios, lots of work about marginal costs, which is now applicable to scale-up and scenario modelling in any/many businesses. I love colour and creativity in many forms, e.g. puzzles, crochet, problem solving and calligraphy. I'm quite happy wandering about in nature or in an art gallery.My academic background is in Chemistry and I've always been fascinated by people, their behaviour and neuroscience. I'm known to be very pragmatic and someone who loves to laugh. I love building community and am an advocate for collaboration.
