Client Relationship:  Meeting & Interacting with Clients and with Hiring Managers to have detailed understanding on their needs and to provide suitable candidates.  Handling customer centric HR Services & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.  Maintaining End to End tracker/MIS for recruitment.

Job Responsibility: ü Involved in end to end recruitment process, from acquisition of Existing clients, bringing requirements, sourcing, acceptance of offer and final placement; ü Responsible for Full Life cycle of Recruitment , On boarding & Exiting Interview Process ü Creating the Monthly, Quarterly and yearly business Report. ü Handle the full cycle of on boarding (Joining) & Exiting process. ü Employee Engagements ü Coordinate with HR/Admin Team as well as Client for the process of Recruitment & On boarding ü Coordination with Our Head office. ü To understand the requirement of client (Staffing/ Bulk Hiring). ü To source CV's (Head Hunting, Referencing, Job Portals etc.) as per client requirements. ü To use various job portals for sourcing the appropriate CV like Naukri.com, Monster.com. ü Handling the domain : Telecom , KPO, Govt. Projects, Retail, Engineering, Logistics .. ü Call the particular candidate and communicate regarding the opening. ü Preliminary Short listing of the candidates through telephonic interview. ü To send preliminary short listed candidate's profile to the client. ü To schedule all the candidates as per the client schedule. ü Preparing Daily Report & Monthly Report.
