As a Human Resources Intern at Subhansh Sewa Trust, I contribute to the organization's mission of providing quality education and empowerment to underprivileged children and women. I assist with various HR functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. I apply my data analytics and marketing skills to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes and strategies.I am pursuing my MBA degree at the Louisiana State University, Shreveport, with specializations in Marketing and Data Analytics, and graduating in Spring 2024. I also have certificates in Financial Markets from Yale University and Organizational Analysis from Stanford University, which enhance my knowledge and skills in business administration and management. Before my MBA, I had eight years of teaching experience at elementary schools, where I developed my passion for education and learning. I am patient, empathetic, and an active listener, along with strong organizational skills.
