Job Experience As Below • The key function is to provide HR Services to the employees in the assigned Zone. • Recruitment as per the approved manpower requisitions. • Interview candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization. • Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration, • Making offer letters. • Perform reference checks on potential employees. • Make joining documents of new joiner • Make PF & ESIC documents of employee. • Monitoring and mentoring the new joiners, till they are assimilated with company culture. • Visiting to the branches in the assigned region and developing the rapport with the employees. • Taking the informal feedback from the employees about the prevailing working conditions and take pre-emptive steps in case any problem is seen. • To complete the Performance Appraisals of the junior management / middle management as per the schedule given by corporate HRD. • To maintain the Attendance and Leave database of the region and collect and submit the same to corporate HRD. • To assist the employees in mediclaim cases and pursue the same with corp. HRD.• Acting as the streamliner / bridge between branches and corporate HRD. • To complete the separation formalities and ensuring the smooth separation of the employee from the services by getting their (F&F) final settlements.• Administration of Regional office. -Monitoring statutory compliance of Branches. -Other HR related jobs as & when allotted.
