LTE Optimization (1C /2C) (Pre and Post Launch)- Access ALU and Ericsson network to modify parameters, monitor and troubleshoot alarms- Attend daily customer calls to update the progress of the project and raise any concerns based on the daily Alarm report and track the issue fixture- For multi carrier sites, ensure successful IFHO and cell reselections are verified along with load balancing over the carriers.- Extract design plots from ATOLL and further prepare drive routes for verification/validation of LTE cluster and single site - Optimize the network by RF parameters RSRP, RSRQ, SINR based on drive data to meet launch KPIs. - Process drive data on Actix and perform root cause analysis of dropped call, setup failure, HO failure, poor coverage, TNOL, low throughput along with PCI Confusion/Collision.- Analysis of drive test data to identify and troubleshoot missing neighbors, coverage holes, pilot pollution areas, areas of no dominance, overshooting sites, parameter inconsistency etc. - Prepare and submit final drive package with thorough analysis and recommendations to further improve KPIs- Launch the sites and monitor performance- Prepare the drive plan and coordinate with the drive teams regarding site related issues - Access the daily Post launch KPIs through NPO and Quantum to analyze site performance at eNb / cell level and further provide and implement recommendations - Create and submit final Close out packages for customer approval once the site is observed to be trending with acceptable KPIs over a considerable period of timeUMTS Optimization (Pre-Launch) - Neighbor list optimization of cluster, growth sites and neighboring commercial sites- Process drive data on Actix and perform root cause analysis of CS and PS Events- Complete Parameter Audit based on the Latest Gold Standards- Prepare and submit final drive package - Launch the sites and monitor performance
