Final Inspection and Documentation QA/QC Incharge1. Monitoring in-process and final inspection of seamless pipes and tubes.2. Achieve shift target w.r.t inspection and marking.3. Review and allocate manpower as per required area/station/ inspection table.4. Coordinating with TPIA for inspection as per ITP and specifications requirements.5. Maintain all relevant data as per procedures and work instructions.6. Calibration of measuring instruments and maintaining record and traceability chain for the same.7. Verified that the non-conformity reports is prepared for each non-conformity detected. Daily analysis of salvage and rejected materials

1. Supervised, mentored and trained technicians, production workers and field engineers for completing assignment successfully. Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills.2. Define product specifications, wrote inspection and testing manuals and production failure analysis reports.
