CurrentResponsible for managing mining contract at Rajasthan State Mining & Minerals Ltd at Jhamarkotra, Udaipur (Rajasthan) – the largest rock phosphate mines in Asia. I. Key PROJECT MANAGEMENT responsibilities Include - 1. Project set up and initiation: a) Determining project goals & deliverables. b) Establishing mining team and defining their project roles. c) Working with key stakeholders for defining project scope & equipment planning. d) Successful project launch. 2. Ensuring that project stays within budget in line with company's objectives & project deliverables. conformity to plans while maintaining a safe and productive site. 3. Keeping the project teams on-task with proactive control on O&M budgets, schedules, and scope of work - managing an on-site workforce of over 100 employees, including engineers, construction equipment operators, and laborers. II. INSURANCE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Conducting comprehensive analysis of the entire insurance portfolio of the company including but not limited to fleet of 400 vehicles - identifying potential risks in company’s Motor & Non-Motor portfolios and implementing strategies to mitigate them. III. Other Company-wide PROCESS CONTROL & IMPROVEMENT initiatives include: 1. Establishing a Centralised Vehicle Fleet Monitoring System - tracking, monitoring & ensuring timely compliances at all project sites across India. 2. Establishing a Centralised Control, Monitoring & Tracking System of Fuel Consumption across India.
