Data mining and algorithm development for Interactome profiling for fission yeast. In this project I was analyzing genome-wide protein interactome maps for fission yeast both computationally (with topological analysis and machine-learning approaches) and experimentally with orthogonal high throughput assays (such as Y2H, PCA and wNAPPA). Further investigation of the dynamics of these networks upon perturbation (genetic variation, disease mutation, viral infection, environmental stress, etc) was also an extremely important part of the project.

One of the early employees in a PE backed company. I was responsible for developing strategic relationships in medical education technology sector in North India with government bodies, large public and private education centers, and technology distributors. I also designed and executed M&A strategy for the group.

During my undergraduate studies I worked with a research group in NUS and A-Star in the field of mechanobiology. My role was to develop and implement advanced computational methods on high dimensional biological data acquired through a number of assays. At the same time I got the opportunity to work with a British investment bank on evaluating healthcare data assets of multiple hospital chains in SE Asia.
