With over two decades in the IT industry, I have accumulated extensive experience in leading and managing technical programs. Since 2013, I have been a Senior Technical Program Manager at _VOIS. My focus has been on managing large-scale transformation projects with a practical product engineering approach. I work closely with diverse teams to streamline processes, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency through effective use of technology.One of my significant accomplishments was spearheading a major data migration program for Vodafone UK. This involved transitioning post-paid subscriber data from legacy system to the Oracle BSS stack, a critical component of one of the largest transformation programs in the industry. This success underscored my ability to devise and execute strategic solutions in high-pressure environments.I've had the opportunity to work in the UK for almost nine years, including six years in consulting roles. This period was invaluable, allowing me to collaborate with prestigious organizations in the public sector, insurance, financial services and IT consulting companies of UK. These roles honed my skills in building customer-centric products and taking ownership of project deliverables.My professional certifications include TOGAF Certified, SAFe 5 Agilist, SAFe PO/PM, Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Associate Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Digital Leader, AWS Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals. These certifications reflect my commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements in technology.Sharing knowledge is a passion of mine. Since August 2019, I have conducted internal trainings for _VOIS employees on diverse subjects, including SAFe & Scrum Agile, AWS, GCP and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. I also had a privilege to be Guest Speaker at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research in Pune on AWS Cloud.
