My name is Mayur Vadher and I live in England. I have a background in Computing and Informatics. I studied Business Information Systems at De Montfort University. I recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a masters degree in Management and Business Analytics. My varied experience has taught me a great deal. I have held many positions such as Administration Assistant at HM Revenue & Customs and Call Center Agent at Majorel. During my time as Administration Assistant, I worked from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (known as the twilight shift) on Monday to Friday for 25 hours a week on a part time basis from September 2006 to August 2007. My most recent role in full time employment was at Majorel from January 2020 to September 2020. At Majorel, I was working on Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week from either 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with a 30 minute break each day. My duties and responsibilities at Majorel were as follows: creating service request tickets using Microsoft ASD, generating keywords in Excel with Microsoft Advertising Intelligence, checking the quality of customer accounts on Ad Inquiry, making outbound services calls to North American clientele through the Genesys phone system, walking new and experienced customers through the Microsoft pay-per-click advertising platform, collaborating with Microsoft Advertising customers remotely via the LogMeIn screen sharing tool, keeping up to date with business proceedings on Iposo and Injixo, logging the duration of all account activities including onboarding and optimisation appointments on the PAUL billing tracker, watching training videos and learning content on One LMS and Microsoft Azure, and using TeamViewer, Questnet and MicroSIP to communicate with office computers during lockdown. My duties and responsibilities at HM Revenue & Customs were as follows: processing self-assessment tax return forms at a rate of 10 per hour, sorting incoming mail, and filing customer documents by reference number. I worked as a Customer Representative for 37 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays from October 2015 to March 2016 at Hastings Direct where my duties and responsibilities were as follows: answering inbound calls from car insurance customers, talking through car insurance products as part of a non-advised sales process, and handling sensitive customer information sensibly e.g. bank card and bank account details. I worked at Royal Mail where I was performing general warehouse duties such as mail sorting, mail filtering, tipping and portering.
