Managed new and existing client accounts: Conducted initial prospective client contact, virtual product demonstrations, implementation of software to customer's needs, customized curriculum development, and simulation software training and troubleshooting problems for end users. •Provided software training and analysis of data resulting in high client retention, increased sales and recognition of Capsim as market leader for business simulations in the academic arena. •Created processes for sales tours and training new clients. 5-person Call Center was developed to support increased user load due to increased client retention and new client contracts. •Developed user-friendly materials and videos which resulted in quick and easy end user implementation and decreased calls for to our call center support group. •Interacted with colleagues from a variety of departments, including software programmers, IT managers, accounting, call center and shipping staff maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. •Conducted training presentations using web-based technology. Participants were primarily Ph.D. business faculty and corporate trainers. •Managed accounts for educational institutions which included domestic and international universities, colleges, and high schools on use of business simulation. Majority of clients were US based; international institutions included Australia, India, China, Canada, United Arab Emirate and Mexico. •Provided web-based simulation support for corporate executives and middle level managers for Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses. •Administered simulation for on-site training programs for Harvard MBA Business School, PriceWaterCoopers, Level 3, and Allstate Insurance. •Trained employees and clients on business simulation software; training focused on Strategic Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Research and Development. •Recruited & onboarded new hires for call center support group.
