Evolve DS provides software solutions for flight operations and logistics planning. I founded it as I love solving problems, and this gives me a field of new problems to tackle.

Reporting into the VP of Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence, I am tasked with growing the Services offering (with a focus on Operations-Research-based services) of CAE within the digital ecosystem of airlines.

Within the Operations Research department of CAE Flight Services, I lead a team of analysts for implementations, service delivery, consulting projects and R&D to support airlines with the dynamic problems they face.

I own the Optimisation product within the Flight Services branch of CAE.My responsibilities span a variety of spaces:- Drive blue skies thinking for long-term product improvements- Ensure existing product commitments are delivered at an appropriate standard- Own product benchmarks for Optimisation pre-sales teams

My role is to help airlines answer complex questions in their planning and operations, via thorough analysis of their data and challenges.Past projects include:- Base studies: How best should an airline position their crew to maximise yield?- Delay analysis: How can an airline mitigate operational delays during the planning stage?and many other varied projects tackling different facets of airlines' multiple challenges.

Worked as a developer for Merlot Aero Ltd's optimisation product. This product is used to generate optimal solutions for the crew rostering problem. My role included:- Development and testing in C#.- Creating and maintaining Python and PowerShell scripts for the purposes of data pre- and post-processing.

Lectured Linear Analysis for a second-year mathematics paper (tailored to Engineers). The content focused around linear equations, including an emphasis on eigenvalue analysis. My responsibilities were:- Creating and maintaining course notes and slides.- Structuring course work and assignments appropriately.- Interfacing with the tutors to ensure everyone was on the same page.

Worked over the summer to create and maintain a web API for converting data between different healthcare standards. The core work was performed in JavaScript, but also included components of HTML.
