• Managing a Service of about 75 Passenger Handling Agents including 52 Check-in and Boarding Agents, 6 Lost and Found Agents, 10 VIP Lounge Agents. I have supervised the training of all the Check-in agents to various DCS such as GAETAN, CODECO, AXSCONTROL and SHARES. We plan to use Babel Common Language Facility to speed up the Check-in process through the use of a single interface. I have set up performance parameters. I have also been involved in Passenger statistics.
