• Responsible for managing and leading a team consist of 30 members. This role makes me an expert in the areas of new employee hiring, where necessary. Ensure day to day production including weekly reporting, monthly reporting, weekly and monthly utilization reports, Prepare monthly billing documents, leave management, roster planning, employee appraisal, internal and client communication.• Responsible for the overall success of the team.• Manage coordination of the client and working groups engaged in team work.• Facilitate team development to set expectations for deliverable and schedule.• Manage the project evaluation and dissemination activities.• Work closely with clients to ensure the project meets business needs.
