Project: Empowering Underserved Youth through Vocational Entrepreneurship Training● Developing solutions to empower 3.2 million youth aged 18-25 who are neither in school nor employed.● Conducted fieldwork in San Francisco, CA. Currently, writing two research papers based on the interviews.● During the summer: gathering additional interviews and analyzing collected data.

As an Analyst in the Auxiliary Services, Finance and Administration department at Lehigh University, I play a crucial role in advancing the institution's goals and objectives. Over the fall 2023 semester: ● Completed 47 missions (3-5 missions/week)● Missions resulted in 135 identified improvements for departments to explore/implement.

I was promoted to the permanent team as a UI/UX Designer after a three-month evaluation period. As a UI/UX designer I mostly worked on their app and website to improve user experience.Work Details: ● Worked directly under the CTO ● Created 30+ app screens and 15+ Web screens● After the final product, the app reached 100k+ downloads along with a 4.5 rating (Highest among Bangladeshi Ed-tech apps)
