• Implemented a new Warehouse management system (infor11) for fashion company warehouses across Kuwait & KSA after doing changes to the system which fits fashion items handling which lead to improve the GRN lead time KPIs by 80% reaching 0.9 days to receive which reflected on the Perfect fulfilment rate to reach 99.3% and increase accuracy to 99.1%.• Managed P44 Project, which is an online platform that provide full on time visibility over shipments & containers which allowed the team to be prepared for the shipments before arrival and improved the clearance lead time to reach 3 days and reduce demurrages.• Continuous revamping for the operations SOPs to improve the efficiency and reach the ultimate goals.• Built an online SOP library for all company’s departments that supports an easy access by the users and increase the team awareness.• Designed & developed a full supply chain platform for Foods and Fashion company to handle planning, ordering, shipments tracking, shipments clearance to municipality clearance, which will lead to full visibility over the whole supply chain cycle in one platform and improve the KPIs specially product availability to reach 84%, arrival to port till clearance to reach 3 days.• Managing a transportation management system project (on hold) which will lead to truck utilization to reach 95%.

• Successfully lead the Operations customer service team approx. 30 employees across Kuwait, KSA & UAE, managing 6 warehouses across the countries.• Implemented new Warehouse management system (Infor10) across all Kuwait & KSA which lead to smooth operations and over all KPIs.• Implement Warehouse replenishment setup which improved the Warehouse utilization and efficiency to 85%.• Launched Dubai Office operations by handling all supply chain related tasks from 3PL warehouse, distributer & clearance broker selection & evaluation to finalizing the contracts and managing the team after the GO-LIVE.• Designed and implemented a catch weight system process along with IT & Operations to handle the weighted items in the system to avoid invoicing issues and customer complaints which improved the order fulfilment KPI to reach 99.8%• Continuous improvement for the systems to achieve best practices.• Develop KPI monitoring application through share point system to get an automated analysis monthly, that improved the manhour productivity KPIs by 15% • Handled all 3PL customers issues and daily requests.• Reduced the WMS daily orders handling issues to reach approx. 1 to 2 issues per week.• Manage all end of year and end of month closing activities.• Improve stock accuracy with operations and inventory team by maintaining daily audits that improved the accuracy to reach 99.9% continuously.• Created reports and automated daily/weekly/monthly reports to monitor the products availability and the expiries to avoid OOS and expired products to liquidate on time.

• Was part of general services procurement team handling Public Relations requests, Marketing & Personal requests.• Handled around approx. 10 RFQs per day, by collecting the requirements from the requesters and take it over to the procurement process.• Handling contracts with customers and internal lawyers.• Monitor and track orders till delivered as per technical requirements.• Negotiating prices to reach the best offer with the best quality.

• Responsible for procurement & purchase order management in the interface of subcontractors, including PO issuance, approval and tracking, subcontractor contract control, payment verification.• Responsible for handling all logistics and contract management process from signing the contract till equipment delivered to our WH or Customer WH from (checking LT “production period” – follow up on production – transportation – arranging shipping and clearance documents so customer can finish clearance – arrange transportation from port to the WH – check shortage in materials – low turnover materials – KPI monitoring)• Fix all related inventory issues and material tracing since manufacturing till delivering to sites

• To coordinate with the Client / Client Representative for transactional requirements and to ensure vide coordination with the planning Officer and the Transport Coordinators that the client orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the Service level Agreement.
