Implements sales strategy at Power Retailers, Samsung Shops, Operators and B2B channels. Develop and deliver Key Accounts plans in terms of volume, value, merchandising and promotions. Responsible for the sales and target achievement of all Key Accounts channels. Responsible for developing quarterly promotional calendar for all Key Accounts channels.Responsible for managing Samsung products availability, display and shelf share at three operators. Develop bundle propositions as well as quarterly promotions with the three operators.

 Achieving the sales objectives of the distribution dept (both quantitative & qualitative) through handling & managing all dealers’ related issues & their relation with the distributers & Vodafone Egypt. Managing 23% of Vodafone business with trade channel partners. Managing Giza & Qalyubiya region headed by 2 Sales supervisors with the support of 10 Sales executives and 6 merchandisers. Responsible for the dealers channel coverage, distribution, visibility and sales volume. Monitoring the performance of the area supervisors: providing guidance, feedback, coaching & planning for necessary development actions in coordination with the HR. Building strong relationship with team & dealers owners & communicating with the dealers key persons to have an accurate overview on the market. Organizing the sales targets & quota allocation across the different zones & the exclusive dealers. Communication of company directions and strategic objectives as required to dealers and teams. Conduct contests and trade promotions to enhance end user sales and activations among the trade channel. Handle cross-functional projects with different departments in order t facilitate the workflow at dealer’s outlets, Ex: New activation process & ADSL fulfillment process.
