Drilling Fluids Specialists Consultant
Current• Provide technical support to drilling and work over operations in the areas of drilling and completion fluid design, drilling mud additives, and research/new technology projects.• Provides technical support in drilling waste management, drilling and completion fluids worldwide. Drilling programs involve high spec synthetic muds in the most challenging conditions in the industry. Drilling waste management issues are complicated by remote location, sensitive environmental conditions and rapidly evolving regulations. • The job encompasses non-traditional work schedule including weekend duty and on-site assignments.• Design cost-effective drilling and completion fluid programs for oil and gas wells. • Monitor field applications and provide troubleshooting for field challenges. • Introduce new technologies for the evaluation of drilling fluids HTHP, Deep Water and Ultra HTHP.• Develop product specifications and laboratory test procedures for drilling fluid additives. • Introduce new technologies for drilling and completion fluids.• Involvement in quality assurance programs for fluid additives.
