• Shift Operations Manager for LANL Environmental Programs, responsible for all Groundwater and Drilling related activities.- Directly responsible for the safety of all field personnel, scope development, field implementation, and schedule for assigned projects.- Contribute directly with writing and reviewing of Integrated Work Documents (IWD), creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), creation of formalized training plans including development of worker qualifications in accordance with LANL Conduct of Operations and Integrated Worker Management (IWM) processes.• Groundwater Team Lead.- Manage all daily activities for 12 assigned personnel which include: groundwater sampling, groundwater level operations and maintenance, well maintenance for the 200+ active monitoring wells, groundwater telemetry installation and maintenance, RDX groundwater remediation treatment unit operations, and chromium groundwater remediation sampling support. - Ensure that all requirements listed in the New Mexico Environment Department Consent Order and the Internal Facility Wide Groundwater Monitoring Plan (IFGMP) are met and that LANL is within compliance at all times. - Manage all daily activities for subcontracted groundwater work.- Responsible for reviewing all subcontractor readiness activities and ensuring that all facility and safety requirements are met before authorizing work to begin and during the performance of the subcontracted work.- Coordinate access with land owning Facility Operations Directors (FOD), Forest Service, Army Core of Engineers, City of Santa Fe, Los Alamos County, and the Pueblo de San-Ildefonso.- LANL On the Job Training (OJT) Instructor- Groundwater sampling and groundwater level subject matter expert.

Supervised drilling, installing and developing multiple screened deep groundwater monitoring wells, production wells and soil vapor monitoring wells all between 1000 ft. to 2000 ft. bgs. Additional duties included groundwater sampling and testing, soil/sediment analysis, core sample analysis, drill cuttings logging and fluid flow. Work conducted in and around high hazard nuclear facilities.
