Roles & Responsibilities:-1.Determined program requirements based on design of product2.Ensure that precision machinery is in working condition and properly calibrated.3.Operate the CMM machinery and check the dimensional accuracy of different products such as Core, fixture, Casting, Pattern Components etc.4.Write or edit program for products checking 5.program the CMM machinery to set the products specifications, such that the machinery determines the sample products design, in its accord.6.Record the inspection results and maintain log book of the same. Prepare repost for the products.7.Detection of quality and process improvements as well as their implementation.

Deployed in Central Planning department, worked in Process sheet generation of Commercial vehicle with the aid of PLM & BOM. Worked closely with the new BS-6 Technology.
