I have 29 years experience in the F&B Industry. Graduated MARA Inst. of Technology in 1991 with a Diploma in Chef Training. As part of the program, I was Trained in The Petaling Jaya Hilton, The Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur and The Golden Sands- Shangri La Resort in Penang. After Graduating, I started my career with The Pan Pacific KL as Commis 2, Then I moved on to Hyatt Borneo Mgmt Svcs- Nurul Iman & Nurul Izzah Palace as Commis 1 and later to Holiday Inn Miri as Chef de Partie in 1995. I ventured into business in 1997 but went back to the industry with Aero F&B at KLIA as Operations Mgr in 2002. I later joined Malaysia Airlines as F&B Executive/ Exec Sous Chef in 2004 before moving to Alpha Flight Svcs Melbourne, Australia as Executive Chef in 2006.I came back to Malaysia and between 2009-2018 became General Manager for Chawan- Chain Coffee House, As Sabeel Food Industry- Frozen Food Factory and Segamat Rel Cafe- Chain Coffee House. In 2018 I joined Hajris Food Industry as Central Kitchen Manager until end of 2019. Since January 1st 2020 I am attached to Dynamic Navigation Sdn Bhd Hospitality division. My role is to oversee all Catering Operation on all ships designated for projects at Petronas Platforms. The ships are scattered at all local waters from the borders of Thailand to the borders of the Philippines.
