Born in Rio Grande do Sul and accepted as a Lageano at heart, I started working at 18 years old. At 27, I had the opportunity to acquire half the business and at 35 I decided to reinvent myself as a professional. In addition to working with technology, I developed in leadership, public speaking, group facilitation, positioning and innovation. All of this in the business experience and also thanks to other young entrepreneurs. Some call me a monk, for which I am grateful. In fact, I found myself charismatic, sensible, responsible, disciplined, with ease in learning and joy in teaching. What moves me is connecting people for a better future, giving more meaning to our lives. My interests are leadership, trends and the future of work.
