Part of a team that developed technical criteria to turn over wells to operations quicker resulting in a 50% reduction in tester days-Worked with a multi disciplinary team responsible for removing line heaters on well sites resulting in a $20MM+ capital savings-Developed OPEX and Capital budgets to workover base wells-Worked with the operations and maintenance teams to reduce lease operating expenses. Reduction of 20% achieved in 2016-Identified workover opportunities and recommended remedial action to get wells back online-Actively involved in the Dawson artificial lift program.
