I do that by fostering a culture of curiosity among all staff levels, implementing the CQI process, and managing data (collection, storage, and analysis).Some outcomes that I am proud of include: • Created strategies for increase client retention that increased program graduation rates (a core KPI) by 10% per year for 2 years. • Communicated successful techniques for engaging fathers as a webinar panelist for the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse• Guided successful rapid testing and implementation of virtual program services in response to California’s “Safer at Home” CoVID-19 directive.• Trained 15+ human services organizations on the importance of father involvement and how to engage fathers in services using a curriculum I developed.
