As a financial and social management controller, my responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the company’s financial and social performance, while ensuring cost control related to human resources. My main duties include:- budgeting and social forecasts: developing social budgets and monthly & annual forecasts in collaboration with various departments- headcount analysis: monitoring headcount (new hires, departures, internal transfers) and analyzing the associated financial and social impacts, particularly in terms of costs- payroll management: forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing payroll variations in line with the company's objectives- monitoring operational activities: collaborating with operational teams to track and optimize productivity KPIs, ensuring cost control and continuous improvement- monitoring and controlling social costs: establishing and analyzing performance indicators related to payroll costs, social charges, and tracking social provisions- reporting: producing and analyzing monthly financial reports for the Finance Department, with commentary on the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results- monthly and annual closing tasks: working with operational teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial accounts- ad-hoc analysis: conducting ad-hoc analysis on various financial topics (commercial costs, margins, specific projects) to support strategic decision-making
