• managing a team and exercising functional control over the work of the team• creating and developing internal procedures and policies according to the principles of securities registers based on KDPW regulations and general law• coordinating and participating in the implementation of projects dictated by changes in the capital market sector (NSDR, UTP) - parameterization of the application and functional testing• monitoring accuracy and timeliness of operations in accordance with applicable laws, internal procedures and service level standards• system administration - configuration of the brokerage system and employee access rights• providing information and reports to regulatory bodies such as KDPW and the NBP in compliance with reporting requirements of market participants• carrying out the registration of securities • settlement and clearing of financial instrument transactions• billing and accounting operations concerned with clients’ securities account activities• preparation and verification of tax data included in the PIT-8C tax declaration form• correspondence and cooperation with other market institutions• working closely with a software provider in the designing and testing of technical and organizational solutions used in brokerage applications• preparing reports for financial accounting
